The StratWell educational process provides individuals with the tools of strategic well-being design in group educational forums.
Students are taught how to create their own strategic wellness plan, in their own words, that is unique to them. Plans are designed in alignment with their stage of readiness and aid them in creating ongoing connections to reliable education and support. Students are further encouraged to share their message with others at home and appropriately incorporate their families into the process.
